MERCHANT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If I am under 16, may I still participate?
Merchant and Artisan Spaces will not be sold to anyone under 16 years of age. However, if it’s a group or partner setting and one of the participants is at least 16 years of age or older, the younger partner may participate.
What time is setup/cleanup?
Setup times will be emailed to all merchants about 2-3 weeks before the festival. The portal to Atlantis will be open the day before the festival to allow for merchants to set up.
What are the times for Atlantis Festival?
Atlantis Festival will be running from 10am to 10pm on Saturday, October 24, 2020 and from 10am to 6pm on Sunday, October 25, 2020.
Can I bring a standing display to put in front of my space?
Standing displays are prohibited in front of tables because they intrude into the aisles and are a safety hazard.
What happens if I lose my Merchant Visa badge?
If you lose your Merchant Visa while in Atlantis, Merchant Services will be available to help you. If you lose your Merchant Visa while in Las Vegas, head to Immigration Services for help.

Can I sell rated “M” materials?
No. Rated “M” materials will be turned away at Border Control.
Can I sell food?
No. Artisans may not bring any outside food into Atlantis.
Can I leave my products at my space overnight?
The portal to Atlantis will be closed every evening, however Kokoro Productions LLC and
Las Vegas Convention Center will not be held liable for any stolen property or products. We highly encourage all Artisans to hide away, or take with them, any valuables every evening.
